You don't need a specific amount of reports in order to become helper. It's Always better to have 125 - 150+ reports, also keep in mind quality goes over quantity. That means it's better to have 100 reports of which 10 are closed and 90 handled, then 300 reports of which 200 are closed and only 100 are accepted.
