I can't Buy on the store

I want to rank up to gold (i'm iron rank)
When i put my information on the store there appear this message "You cannot checkout because you failed our required fraud checks."

I contact an owner @Marco Slater (halothe23) And he told me that i need to put the things correctly
and that i need to wait 7 times (I don't know what he's triying to tlod me) I think tha 7 seconds
I wait, Then i tried to buy ,and i cant buy and i send a message, and he didn't answer me.
I need help can someone help me.

When it shows a message such as "Failed our Fraud checks" or similar messages, it is likely that our anti-fraud system has blocked your payment because it believes the transaction may be fraudulent.

To solve this issue, simply make sure that your name and address are the real ones, and that they are spelled correctly. (If you enter a fake address you will not be allowed to purchase.)

And yesterday i tried to bought and i can buy! But a don't fing my credit card, now today i tried to bought ant there's appear that i can't
