i cant join my friend on a coop island

when ever i try and join a coop island with my friend it says not enough coop slots even tho we both dont have any other people who are on our islands i was wondering if you have to buy the skyblock rank to play with others

I can help you if you are on Java.
1 of the 2 players needs to leave his co-op island and invite the other person.
- for leaving:
1) Go to your end crystal in your hotbar
2) Press profile menu
3) Choose your co-op island you want to leave
4) Press the barrier block to leave your island
- for inviting a friend:
1) Go to your end crystal in your hotbar
2) Press profile menu
3) Choose your co-op island you want to invite the player on
4) Press on the wooden head with a plus symbol
5) Insert his name and he will recieve an invite in the chat

If u have no rank u have 1 solo and 1 coop profile

Delete ur coop profile by clicking on it and clicking barrier block [lawnti said it better but im to lazy] then tell ur friend to re invite u
