I don't think staff can get you your spawner back. However, I suggest you make a large cocoa bean farm if you need money to buy a new one

This. You can also use cow droppers and an AFK chicken farm to boost your earning. I have videos for both on my Youtube. DM if you have any specific issues or questions.
