If you have this once in a while, it's fine. In case you have this for multiple days a week or even more, make yourself sleepy!
I personally always mess up my sleep schedule when I have any freedom (read: no school) to wake up whenever I want. My solution to fix this is quite simple.
Trying to sleep sooner really doesn't help in my experience, my body will just fall asleep at the same time as always. So fix what you can control: the time you wake up!
Say you wake up at 14:00 if you don't do anything. Try to set an alarm, ask parents, SO, whatever to wake you up at a significantly earlier time, say 11:00 or 10:00. If you get out of bed (this should hurt because you are tired AF) your lack of sleep will make you sleep sooner the next day. This might take a couple of days/weeks before you completely fix your sleeping pattern, but all you have to do is wake up at that same time every day.
