i just found a solution to the biggest hacker problem

ok the thing is all the hackers on cube craft are using alts and when the alts get banned they just get another free one so hacker will just keep coming back with different accounts but i have your solution for that when you the alt get banned the main gets banned as well
ok so my idea when you login to the sever with your main your pc ip address is gets stored on the sever for eg:
[21:12:53] [Server thread/INFO]: BetaScorpian[/12.123.123.123:12345] logged in and if i i login wit an alt and hack on it
i login like
[Server thread/INFO]: BetaCoCoNut[/12.123.123.123:12345] logged in
the ip will be the same so now my idea is that if you ban an account the sever instantly bans any account that logins with that same ip

This is called an IP ban. I'm not sure if CubeCraft enforces it though, on account that it can get messy if someone in the same household is also playing under the same IP and get wrongfully banned.

It's not that simple. Some players have siblings/other family/friends that play at each others houses and not everyone, that could potentially log on with that IP, uses a hacked client.

IP ban is only used in extreme cases like hackers that keep returning on alt accounts.

I don't think CubeCraft cant IP ban people. You could easily change your IP by changing your VPN.

Of course, I tried to hack Wizardhax's website (The hacked clients' website), I nearly got Admin access, I got mod, and I could change the download links.

I'm sure every minecraft server have the ability to IP ban.
They just don't use it unless they have to, for example:

• Extreme ban evading
• Ddos threats (?) - not something to be taken lightly so it is possible it may result in an IP ban before they get on an alt and extract information.
• Spam bots

Then again I'm not entirely sure what guidelines staff have (when to use a certain command), all I know is that they've been thought when to use it so lets trust their judgment and their ways on handling it.

Did you know that Wurst can bypass? AntiCheat needs manual monitoring and there should be Hacker Reporter Staff.

Most hackers are cracking accounts themselves. Just as i did. There are too many public alts, so banning them is verry hard, and costs verry much time. Ip bans are verry easy ro bypass too. By using a VPN or Proxys. VPN protection is verry hard to code too. In my Opinion, the most useful thing to do against hackers is a /report command.

The issue with this is that players abuse it. They /report for things that isn't even report worthy or just to spam staff. (/report hi)
So unfortunately due to those spams and trolls, they have removed it.

I mean /report [Name] Hacks and if 3 or 5 players reported them, staff gets a message.

Yes, i do hack. Just on 1.8 and on <removed>. I would never ever think of hacking on cubecraft.
