No not on pc I’m on pe and on my iPad there’s a app called files and it’s there there’s even stuff like debug codes and yeah it’s pretty weird

That's just the Minecraft files, your settings and so. I'd suggest you just leave it alone.
The duplication is probably because you shouldn't be changing its settings so it makes a copy for you to work in.
