I lost my diamond rank...

Okay, I lost my diamond rank, cause someone bought it for me (I had it for 4 months or so) and now it's not here? It got refunded, which it's against the rules, you can either give me back the rank or I'll have to report you for this. Also, the guy who bought me the rank is zDecimateWR, aka SUBLIMS aka Retiredd. He was bypassing his IPs and kept on changing it. I know you probably refunded my rank (AnimalTamer1), cause you did it in the past with SUBLIMS plus rank. Now, if you give me my diamond rank back, I won't do anything else to you. This is legit against the rules and it said on the store website saying *NO REFUND RANKS* I can show you proof about that. This is smartyperson8.

unfortunately, if there was a refund which is against the rules there is nothing in how the staff can help you, likewise the staff cannot make refunds against you. And as on the website says refunds on purchases are not accepted.
