I'm here to suggest a simple change of the direct messages Cubebot sends whenever a user is banned from the Discord server. Users banned from the Discord server are expected to start a conversation with whoever banned them, but the Cubebot dm only has a link to the forums and some less experienced users might not know what to do once they click on it, hence my suggestion is to also include a direct link for starting a conversation with the staff member who issued the ban in these DMs.
