So here's some infected suggestions because why not. Let's start with voting options:

No edge
- Current gamemode

Offensive Edge
- Ores must be smelted (3 sec. per ore)
- All infected get boosted (leather armor becomes gold armor, stone sword becomes iron sword, etc.)
- Humans revealed 3 times earlier
- Humans are limited to 10 blocks at a time

Defensive Edge
- Double ores
- Humans get boosted armor
- Double food drops
- Better loot chests
Insta-Shot
- All players die in 1 shot
- If Offensive Edge is chosen it's 2 hits for Infected
- If Defensive Edge is chosen it's 2 hits for humans

Necromancy
- Nether Mobs spawn very frequently, at first hostile to everyone
- Both sides can use items given to help attack the other team
Mobs spawned:
- Pigmen x 5 (Every 10 seconds)
- Magma Cube x 8 (Every 20 seconds)
- Wither Skeleton x 10 (Every 30 seconds)
- Ghast x 3 (Every minute)
- Blaze x 25 (Halfway through)

As to what items you would need to tame them, idk. Up to the people

Insane Mode
- Crazy enchants on items like KB 3
- Random powerful items
- Trap kits
Not posting anything else yet other than look at my vanilla worlds thread bye

Cool idea on the voting! But maybe not insane mode, that would be a little over the edge. No pun intended

I really like your ideas. It'll also make Infected more fun to play and Lapiz and Obsidian will get extra perks (Obsidian also really needs them by the way).

Edges:
You would obviously have to vote for that before the initial infected are selected. Since the game will hopefully be balanced so that both teams have about an equal chance to win, this would make the game less interesting. I don't really like that.

Insta-Shot:
I would not want to play that. It would give a huge advantage to the infected, becasue armor doesn't matter anymore and because they can respawn. It removes the fighting aspect completely making every encounter about who randomly gets the first hit.

Necromancy:
This one sounds pretty good. Initially they would make it harder for humans because infected can respawn while humans can't. But later humans could possibly build up defences with tamed monsters. +1

Insane Mode:
Depends on the items. KB3 is terrible, I would not want to play with that. Actually, right now I can't think of any insane items that would make the game more fun instead of less.

Lately I’ve been much less busy irl, so as long as I don’t suddenly accumulate a massive load of homework, I plan on resuming the suggestions I used to make/had in planning hopefully sometime in the next week or so. However, they probably won’t be as often as I used to (for example, I probably won’t release one every day or 2, but one every 3-5 days). See you soon!
