Can you just play normally and not have an infinite amount of clients.
Manthe is an autoclicker and autoclickers are not allowed, so no it's not allowed.
As stated in the rules:
The use of autoclickers, macros, mapping your click button to your mouse wheel or using multiple mice is not allowed, or in any way modifying your mouse's click function via software or hardware is considered cheating and will result in a cheating ban.

XD the Minecraft movie live event exploit in “The Walls” is crazy, you can attack the mobs with a sword and go into the nether and get blaze rods and find bastions etc LOL I prob will get banned for saying the exploit, just dm me if you want to know
