In the gamemode "destroy the core" in giga blockwars some time after the gamemodes return a change was made which caused the core blocks to take a really long time to break, in this clip it took me around 50 seconds with an enchanted iron pickaxe, and I just wanted to ask if this is intentional as I have no idea whether or not its a bug.
And if its intentional then I'd also like to ask: why?
Breaking the core was painful enough without it taking years to break a single block given how one hit is enough to have to start again due to KB and given how hard it is to get to break more than one block at a time before having to fight off a wave of opponents (unless you have teammates covering you but teammates with this level of competence aren't exactly common). This change basically makes it so your opponent either has to intentionally let you destroy the core and it makes it a necessity to have teammates covering you in order to have a chance to break blocks. It also makes games a really long time if you can't manage to get an entire squad dedicated solely to the purpose of breaking core blocks.
