Java Juggernaut Gamemode

This is an idea I had for a new gamemode

One player would start as the juggernaut.
on the other team there would be 5 players they would have 5 team lives (maybe less if 5 works out to be too many)
When one of the defenders dies they would respawn but it would deduct a team life. So when there is no lives left there is no more respawning on that team.

The defenders would get to choose out of a few kits(probably the ffa ones because they are reasonably balanced)

The juggernaut would have more health and be slower but would have 2 potions of rage that would increase regen and give speed 2 for 10 seconds
The objective would be stop the juggernaut collecting 5 gems or some other collectible from around the map. each one the juggernaut collects would give him another potion of rage to a max of 2 being held.
The juggernaut wins if he collects all of the collectibles or the defenders run out of lives.
The defenders win if they stop the juggernaut for 5 minutes or kill him.

When joining the game it would ask you if you prefer juggernaut or defender or random.

Nice plan.... and I think its gonna be a realy realy good gamemode if they gonna add it.... I think i'm gonna play it if its 1.8 and maybe also if its 1.9

Hmm, sounds good. Having a game mode where you would need to fight others alone from they start is pretty unique in its own way. Sure that could be the same with other games, but this game makes you fight others on the same team from the start. On the side with teams, this could involve some very good teamwork and strategy. You should make a poll whether to add this or not. I think this would be a loveable featured game and would make a good addition to the voting system.

I actually really like the sound of this, maybe the players could have some sort of kits with special powers like jump boost or speed to help fight the juggernaut!

@Camezonda This could be a nice idea to add to featured games. In the long run, yes this will decrease other games from being featured, but also give players a new gamemode to enjoy.
