your server has lag I have internet bars and all I have lag and fps to 136 and gives lag and I can not see the skin of other people or help please say a configuration of minecraft :)

Well you can't see skins of other because Skins are down right now. And, how many bars do you have?

I'm perfectly fine, no lag at all, and it is the internet connection, I know that problem, pc specs aren't all that important, also, optifine and not loading 32+ render distance is less lag
