For me it is not annoying, because it shows that your enemie can not win of you - it is annoying for him or her :P
So I see it as a compliment, also when people say ''hacker'' to you.

It does count as a loss. Also you should be flattered, you were so good, the needed to leave. Just when someone calls you a "hacker". Just consider it as a compliment, since it DOES count as a loss.

Yeah, they do it because it does not give you the kill, and it does not give you the satisfaction of the kill. It gets on my nerves.

kinda however it still counts as a win for you and a loss for them but it is annoying that i dont get to kill them personally and show them no mercy

you simply just don't get the satisfaction of murder

It's annoying, but they get no rewards, and they have to live with leaving in the middle of a fight, and proving that the person they are fighting is better.

Then again, most campers and combat loggers do what they do because their is some kind of reward. Bragging rights. If you see somebody with an insane KDR (for example: 300 kill to 7 death = 42:1), it's probably because they combat log. Sure they might be decent at PvP, but there's somebody better than them out there. Or if they make a stupid mistake. You never know.

For example, my stats in duels is about 800+ wins, 600+ kills, 200+ deaths (although about 30 of the deaths belong to encounters with hackers and dying because I lag out). So basically my kdr is 3:1, I highly doubt someone with an insane KDR is legit or a person who goes through with the game even if it's clear they are out matched.

Leaving before death doesn't count as lost game (it didn't use it anyway) cuz I used to do it sometimes against cheaters. I have 2.5k wins myself and 2.2k kills. Reason why is because people that leave before death or they just don't even play and leave straight away.
