how do you go level up with a kit in kit-pvp?
I mean in the beginning you only have level 1 (par exemple: pyro level 1) my question is how do you get level 2 (par exemple: pyro level 2)

Go to the Donation part of the CCG website and you can find all of the ranks there. Iron=level 2, Lapiz=Level 3, Gold=Level4, Diamond=Level 5, and then Emerald=Level 6.
