Web Lock all implemented threads

There is honestly no reason to keep implemented threads open
So just lock them,

Look at this picture for example

Some threads are locked, and some are not
Why?

(If you are planning to 'Implemented' this, also lock this thread seeing it is implemented xd)

Even after being implemented, threads can still get feedback. Maybe someone wants to suggest a change to the thread. It's likely that those locked threads were either locked because the OP requested a lock or someone necroposted on them.

I think the decision to lock or not really depends on the situation. In some cases a suggestion has been 'implemented' but not 100% as originally suggested, I don't see any reason why in those cases the original thread shouldn't be used to discuss how it was implemented and further suggestions related to the implementation.
