Magic and mayhem bug

I and other players have been seeing this bug in the magic and mayhem mode, its in the darklands where every time a battle starts the first gate that suppose to open after the dialogue ends up not opening, leaving players moving around at the waiting area, also every time the gate does open,and when the last and final battle against the boss begins. I automatically get disconnected from the server and apparently it turns out I wasn't the only(you can search "magic and mayhem final boss bug"in youtube and you'll see).I hope this gets fixed asap because I really enjoy that mode
