Hey guys, as many of you know a lot of cubecraft has been broken. For a long time now, and I just wanted to discuss this as unfortunately not many people have done done it before me.
The problem with Cubecraft as it is right now is the fact that when things are broken, they don't seem to ever get fixed, or when things are missing they don't seem to get ever added and yet you guys still believe that after over a year those things will come and that the devs are really wotking hard on them but right now it really does not seem like it. Things have been promised over and over again, communities have been broken due to it, players have left. Some players even feel that they got scammed due to not being able to use the features they paid for when buying a rank.
1) Factions
This part of the server has been broken for over a year now. I remember people already making those factions threads, making clans but unfortunately it seems like it will never come to us since the Staff team are not really willing to do something here. Promises were made but where is it?
2) Skyblock and Creative
Those were my absoulute favorite parts of the servers, unfortunately thr staff team yet again prefers to keep updating skywars or updating Survival Games, something that nobody really asked for. I made a lot of friendships here and I'm sad that it's just forgotten and yet again we got promises and promises but the server can't maintain them, killing the freebuild part and completely seperating the community.
3) Parkour and PVP
PVP is still "playable" but with so many suggestions from the community on how to improve them or how to get rid of hackers, it's a shame that those are still so bad, I remember making ,myself and others, threads on how to make the gameplay better or how to help the community have a better hacker-free experience, but none of this was ever implemented, why is there even a suggestion forum when almost no suggestion gets implemented?!
KITPVP is still laggy and this has not been fixed. There have been some welcoming changes in the past but there where mainly lobby changes so meh.
Parkour, is one of the craziest, I remember @Hallucinated a while ago when he still managed Parkour, always coming with the excuse that one day it would get an update but guess what. Nope. Still trash. Promising, Prmomising and no nothing done.
4) Money Walls
This one is pretty minor but still worth mentioning. This is probably my favourite game mode on this server and since it's launch back in summer it didn't get any new maps, still just three maps. So I inagine that it's getting quite lame for players and could die very soon.
5) This website
It's horrible, nothing works the way it's supposed, not optimised for mobile phones with tons of bugs and lots of bots that spam crap on the server, it's ridicolous! An app was promised on a stream but where is it?! Nope not here.
I don't even know why they changed the forums on first place, I mean the last one was not really good looking but it could handle the job well! Instead of reversing or trying to fix,we have to live with this ugly thing.
6) Bugs
There are so many bugs who don't get fixed for whatever reason. Example: That one bug where all maps stay the same in Skywars etc, that bug has been here for ages, such a crucial bug that nobody wants to fix it seems.
7) Other
Just some other things worth mentioning:
The server promised NA servers and MCPE servers. For god's sake stop making those promises without even working on something!
Overpriced ranks:
200 Bucks so that I can have a few more gadgets and a cool virtual armour? Are you kidding me? You can't just ask 200 bucks from people, and give them a few things, and some don't even work like W/E.
To the users, STOP supporting the staff who do nothing. You guys say things like this: " Oh be patient they are working on fixing it should be here very soon". Stop saying this and be realistic, if none of us do anything then we will probably not have any Skyblock or Factions. You guys mainly say this to look good infront of staff to maybe someday become one. That's not how it works, I was a staff member before and I can tell you that that's not how it works.
Finally, hopefully we make this server better, I recomend Cubecraft to check this, fix the issues before implementing new possibly broken things and always have an eye on the suggestions forums. Then we can have a good server and hopefully new friendships will be made just like the ones I made when Creative and Skyblock were still "working" ;)
