It’s a minor issue, but I’m just curious who voted on which featured game. Maybe it’s also easier to track down alts by using this method.
Although it’d be fun to see who voted what.
Just take a moment and imagine an apocaliptic world in which all of the toxic and obnoxious players that have ever graced the forums come together, and start checking account by account. Until they find a suspicious alt and start drama over the featured games all over again... No member has the duty of tracking down alts, it’s the staff team’s responsibility.

Plus, if by ANY reason, the staff misses an alt but a member notices, the complains would be unstoppable.

For the good of all, I would say big no.

Edit: Also... votings are supposed to be private. Or else you would reply to the thread saying “Oh I voted for this”. Some people do that of course, (heh, I do it). But it’s not what the voting is about.
Some things are better kept confidential.

I fear it would become a competition (which increases the likelyhood of alts) on what game gets the most votes, and it avoids people being influenced by other votes.

Hiding the results gives a lot more representative view of what people want.

If people want to give a reason to justify their vote there is no harm in doing this in the comments. On the contrary, more insight is always a positive contribution to any topic.

“Assuming you are referring to this happening once or twice: one case of this happening doesn't necessarily mean they should get removed entirely“ Your own words.
Nice cherry-picking, and regardless, if that isn't the case, then why do you want them removed? :)

edit: got confused, thought this was the loot rewards thing thread, lemme rephrase my reply

There's literally drama all the time lol, it's always BlockWars community vs. the rest, and in general I wouldn't like people being able to see what game I voted and I don't see why it should be necessary in the first place. You do you and don't care about others

I like how peoples votes are visible for this poll. xD

But in all seriousness no. I don't want someone debating my choice because I chose Archer Assault when they want Blockwars.

Showing the names is very risky. It will lead to harassment and drama, simply not worth it. I hope staff are able to see the names to see if there are alts, but public to everyone no.
