What?
Now, you might find yourself saying, "What?!? That's just an innocent mod displaying other players health, that's allowed!". You're correct, it is allowed, but today I'll be telling you why it shouldn't be allowed. Also, I'm going to be talking about the ToroHealth Damage Indicators Mod specifically.

Why it shouldn't be allowed
So, the health displaying part is fine, that's allowed, but what I think shouldn't be allowed are the RPG style numbers indicating someone either healed or took damage. Why?, because you can see them through walls. In this video I've put a villager behind a wall and set up a command block giving the villager instant damage, the villager will take damage and as you can see in the video, the number is visible through the wall.

Replacements
"But cobvig!" you might say, "how am I now supposed to see other players health, if this mod will no longer be allowed?" Oh, right, I hadn't thought of that, if only there was a mod created by, hmm, let's say the author of this thread that shows other players health and does not give you wall hack. That's right, just hippety hop on over to cobvig.github.io and download the best mod ever created.

Gonna be honest, I agree
You can easily decide to run from fights, or to just continue because you see the other player is also low,
but an enemy probably does not have this

By the way cob this was probably the best argument I’ve ever seen for removing themi
Thanks, but I'm not saying damage indicators in general shouldn't be allowed, just saying that this one that gives you wallhack shouldn't. Just to be clear.

There's an even better spigot plugin to fix this: https://github.com/libraryaddict/AntiDamageIndicators
I suggested that over a year ago, but I just now noticed that the original version that was apparently made by @libraryaddict, so there might be a real possibility of it being implemented.

@libraryaddict is that you? Just put that on the server nobody will notice.
