You can not fix it, it's a laptop thing, happened to my old laptop.

I can use both but I rarely use the touchpad but even when I disable the touchpad and only use the mouse it still is wrong. Windows 7. I may just reinstall my mc on that laptop.

It isn't loading for me. When in game, press F2, then go to Upload Files > %appdata% then .minecraft > screenshots then choose the screenies.
