I think think that there should be a easy game mode added to MinerWare. It could be like a troll mode or it could be a mode that only a rank could pick that makes the game easy for new players. So a rank can could pick the mode and it could be a bunch of troll mini games or just easier versions for new players. If a rank is not in the game it will just stay as normal game mode. Or you could make an easy version for people who just joined the server as practice so they do better in the normal game mode.

Minerware is already pretty easy. Everything new players need is playing a few rounds so they know what to do in each minigame.
