Like marieke said contact Joe Henry. But it clearly says on the purchase page, A screenshot of this page is NOT proof of a purchase. Next time read the page before posting here, so there is a possibility you do not purchase a rank .I hope you get your rank back though.
That photo does not show that you actually bought the rank obsidian.
Please contact sales@cubecraft.net and provide the following details;
- Transaction ID (This usually starts with a B or a W. It is not the transaction ID on the card statement).
- Date of purchase.
- Minecraft username.
- Email address entered at checkout.
Without this information we cannot help. It proves they actually bought something and links the purchase to their username.
Please contact support@cubecraft.net . Just to let you know you have to provide evidence of your purchase. That page that you showed is not hard evidence.
