Tbh, thats true, you can just stay sneaked, so the mod creator should make it if you dont move for 30 second while in sneak you get forced to unsneak

Imagine you play UHC... toggle sneak would give you a big advantage. And as @_JustRyan said, you can simply go AFK do whatever you want. So no, these kind of mods are not allowed.
