Moderators do not help

Today I died for a hack , had two moderators and none paid attention to what I said , I have lately seen more moderators, it is true, but if they do nothing , are worthless

The staff members do everything except nothing. I'm pretty sure that they told you to record and report the hacker. If they didn't respond, they were most likely away-from-keyboard.

For the future, record and report hackers! :)

Firstly, the staff is extremely active and have gotten out many bans recently if you haven't noticed. Secondly, this staff has never abused their position to do wrong things. Thirdly, if you are having problems with hackers, you need to record them and report them on the forums. I have done that several times and managed to get a few people banned. By doing so, you are solving your problem and also eliminating hackers from CubeCraft. Do not take the staff up for granted as they are only human, the amount of reports, applications they have to read in a day must be massive so appreciate what you have and play your part. @Mac @HackersDontWin @Efcluke @Camezonda @Tacosbefriends @DutchLemur @DontYouDare. Of course I missed many names but I truly do appreciate all of you brilliant staff members!

I'm sorry that you feel this way about the staff members mentioned, however in their defence Moderators do not have access to /gamemode, nor are they omnipresent. Therefore, we cannot be certain whether you actually did die, or are just claiming to have died for free items, or are exaggerating your losses. Because of this, we are unable to return items, however we may be able to compensate you for your death if we see you die to a hacker, and if we are able to retrieve anything once the hacker has been banned. Feel free to add me in-game (/f add SUPERxSNAP) and contact me whenever I am online if you encounter a hacker, and I will be able to check it out for you :)

First of all if you didn't notice we have a lot of reports that needs to be done... Maybe they were working on them or they were afk... Staff members also have things to do not only that but I'm pretty sure they also need evidence before banning Hackers.. Maybe they wanted to play and not ban any Hackers for a moment... As said above if they didn't see you die by a rule breaker they cant give you your stuff back... Best thing for you to do is Record and Report them... I know how you feel but making a thread about this doesn't help...

Some people don't speak the truth when they say '... Hacks' or staff just doesn't see your message. Private message them and i'm sure that they will respond.

I don't think you know how hectic assassins can be for staff members. Staff members need video evidence as well in order to report/ban players.

When one player is screaming "Player X has hacks". Staff will try to record them using hacks. Most of the times when staff is looking at one player to check if he/she has hacks a different player in chat will say "player Y is using hacks".

Staff members only have two eyes and simply can't see everything. We do our utmost to ban as many hackers as possible.

We know how to do our jobs, and when we are in Assassination, we ban lots of hackers without even letting anyone know we banned them. This is because there are most likely other hackers in the game as well.

I'm always paying attention on the chat, and if I see a message you described, I'll check it out. But remember: if there are 5 players spamming in chat that there are different players using hacks, I can only check one at the time. As @Snap already said, we can't give people their stuff back if we don't have seen them getting killed or someone else grabbed it.

I'm always into helping players in assassinations , that's by the way also one of the main reasons why I join the gamemode. But I do remember you from assassinations and I really try my best to help players that encounter hackers and msg me about them , when they do I check them and ban them when they're actually hacking. One of the main reasons why I didn't reply to your msg is this:

You just spammed me and what I usually think when people spam me is that they just want my attention because I'm a mod. Sorry that you got killed by a hacker but please , message me with /msg next time with the name of the hacker and I'll spectate the player in question instantly.

It seems like your purpose for creating this thread is because you died to hackers and lost your items.
Staff are doing their duties, it may not seem like it in chat but they do get spammed by players most of the time.
Some to check on suspicious players and some .. because why not?

"I DIED TO HACKS, GIMMI BACK ITEM NOW"
"Are you real staff?"
"Give staff me now i record 5 hacka"

Maybe I exaggerated a little too much but worry not, patience you must have my young padawan!
If you ever encounter a hacker and do not want them to get away, the video recording device is something you might want to look into downloading.
It gets people ban and the best part, it's free! .. maybe you got to pay with waiting but still .. free!

Back to point, please try to understand our team is working really hard and may not get appreciated for what they've done.
We're volunteers, we don't get paid but we would like to assist you the best we can with the most of our abilities.

Often times, I try to give a reply along the lines of "Thanks for the heads up, I'll check them out", however sometimes it isn't that simple. Because of how common the combination of Speedhacks and killaura is, as little as a single second spent replying to somebody could be the difference between the life and death of a legitimate player, and said player is going to feel extremely dissatisfied and frustrated if my slow reactions are the cause of them losing their full diamond armour, especially with how long it takes to type out the ban and kick commands. If you report a player to a staff member, try to keep in mind that although they may not have replied to your message, it's likely that they have seen it and are attempting to deal with the reported situation, since most staff members are only there to deal with hackers in the first place :)

By the way I really appreciate any and all players that report to me the names of hackers in the game, as it allows us to find and ban the hacker far quicker than by searching every player in the lobby individually. If you are one of these people, then thanks for your help :)
