More competitive gameplay!?

Hello Cubdcrafters,

I've got a great idea that will increase the amount of players and the amount of fun in the server. When I play games I always like to achieve something in it. I think points are simply not enough.

My idea is to get more competitive gameplay into Cubecraft. Something like an actual ELO system or leaderboards.

Because of this, alot of the gameplay will change. People will try to improve theirselves insted of derping arround in the server.

I think alot of people are agreed with me, but maybe alot of you are not. So I would like to give this topic a poll. I would really like this big "idea" to be added in the server at several gamemodes.

You can aim to increase your stats for others to see, you can aim to achieve lots of points, you can aim to be in the leaderboard for the top 5 killers/winners, there are lots to aim for already, I think. If the whole CCGN became competitive, then there'd be a lot more rage and a lot less fun, in my opinion. :-)

I guess you could say its not really about the competition, but about the goals we can achieve while having fun and enjoying ourselves at the same time. I don't exactly think an ELO rating system is needed in any way. I believe the "top 5 killers/winners" is good enough at this point in time.

like orange said, it would make it less fun IMO. I like the relatively chill community we have here
