I think converting the other remaining maps from java edition for bedrock would be really nice, I usually play bedrock but after playing Java edition I spotted a few familiar ones and some completely new ones, I thought it's a shame they aren't on bedrock too, hopefully it will be considered at some point.
New maps provide their own challenges and sometimes ways to play which ultimately adds variety to gameplay.
In wild west map, or ruins (I'm not sure of the names, I'm mentioning the desert/western style one with ruins that has 2 diamond blocks)
even if you aren't lucky enough you still have the chance to win by sneaking around & crafting, or in some other maps throwing players into the void becomes easier or when islands aren't big enough or wooden burning them down becomes another option or when islands are close together invading another island as game starts is far more common
(this was just to name a few ways maps make gameplay less repetitive despite being used to all of items)
So, converting maps between versions is definitely worth the effort!
