You're able to plant the mushrooms that you buy for emeralds on the map? That's pretty cool :P
I don't think there is any need to be left clicking with the mushroom, only punching, so there isn't really any need to fix it.

Well you can do it by accident but its still a problem and also sometimes it auto plans what i mean not just me it will plant itself whe re left clicking!

Well I for one never go into a PvP fight using my right click but my left, unless you try to do some funky fresh block hitting (FYI it does not work on CubeCraft).

I know but it dose it for some reason left clicking and sometimes when you right click a villiger with it also dissapires

Thats minecraft and cubecraft not working together. When you click the villager minecraft wants to open the villager gui but cubes plugin cancels the rightclick on the villager. But since the game then thinks you are out of the villager inv it executes a right click in the world.

Can't do that, it actually plants on the ground.
I actually find it hilarious when I see someone do it.
No fix is needed, it's your own fault for doing it.
