My ban reports are being ignored

I have ban reports ranging back months ago and they haven't been responded too, can you guys do that?

I can't do this anymore cubecraft. I've been reporting these things for so long but nothing is happening. I don't even want to report the hackers I do find because of how often they aren't punished. These are the majority of my reports. I have had 1 answered in the past couple of months. Am I reporting somewhere wrong or what.

I have a good amount of bann reports, 12 if I'm correct, 1 was answered, no offense cubecraft, but there are many people willing to help the server bann hackers (A.K.A helper applications), and you need it. there are soooo many hacker reports to where the hackers don't care if they get recorded because they know they wont get bann. I myself would love to help the server.

Ok. We all should not be complaining. I mean they try their best. I have around 90 reports and most of them aren't chrcked. I'm not complaining. Just be patient :P ok? Also, you can simply apply for helper. Good luck :)

All you can do is tag them (as seen above) and cross your fingers.
That's all anyone can really do about reports rn.

I am being patient, I'm just saying, if I report a hacker, and a 5 weeks pass and he just gets bann, imagine how many games he has ruined, 5x7=35, 35 days in 5 weeks, I normally play around 4 games a day depending on my life, if hes hacking to where he can play and win games faster, most likely hes playing around 5-7 games a day, so just imagine him ruining around 250 games, if he doesn't play every day like me, about 175 games ruined, get my point? normally, a hacker would get bann from day 2- a week after the report.

Just before people start talking:

1. To get people to look at your application tag online staff members

2. They get hundreds of reports a day. You can't expect them to deal with those when they happened months ago and the amount they get daily.

3. @XXPie_GuyXX said that they don't get banned very fast is because they keep getting new one's.

4. Only mod and higher can answer reports and they can't just take anyone that applies for helper.

They may have a semi-complicated system for who does the banning when and where
I'm guessing it's a schedule that for instance:
@Mac does the reports on October 4th
@Lezappen does the reports on October 5th
etc.
There may be a backlog and because of the complicated system your newest ones can be answered

Reason for late reply:
Staff don't answer reports immediately most of the time because they might not be stalking the report section
They are busy with another day
They might be offline
They have yet to start on the day that you reported

I think that's not how it works. It works by: if you want to reply to some reports, go ahead.

If a moderator has not replied to your report in a day, feel free to bump the thread and tag an online moderator/administrator. :]

After that you will have to be patient :)
