To be honest I've seen other good skins from you.
Okay, so, the skin looks pretty good and it's mainly coloured with pink which have different intensity and the skin of the enderman is all coloured as black with a same intensity.
Why I'd personally change?
Well, Although I'm not a skin maker I understand about making skins haha. So, I think you should give them a more realistic shape giving them different intensity of colour to the whole skin (especially the skin of the ender).
