Nearly 20 reports without response, cu cubecraft in the future

I´m done.
The expectation why i joined cubecraft? Looks like fun, tested aaaaand you know what? It made fun.
Back in time were a few hackers on the server.. pff, a few, who cares about that? I didnt. Then.... with the time,, they were getting more, it started to annoy me, pushed down the fun, nobody likes to loose against hackers, would you?
Well.. i asked myself what to do against them. Went to the forum and found the possibilty to report.
Good, i started to report what i caught on video. Response after 1 or 2 days and 1 hacker less on the server.
Felt great to know, that other players don´t have to play with this banned hacker anymore.
But something happened. Response is decreasing, now 1 out of 5 reports is getting response, although i bumped them like it´s written in the report guidlines. Hackers, caught already 3 weeks ago were still not banned. Hopefully a other player reported and got response.
I did what i could. Maybe i should have done more, applied for helper, but that´s not what i wanted. I didnt wanted to work.. I wanted to play and have fun, but the requirements for this are not given anymore. I´m aware of the anti cheat updates in future and i know that staffs also do what they can.
And because of this, im looking forward. I´m gonne visit you in the future Cubecraft, with the hope that things will have changed to better.

Djeez I'm sooo tired to hear this. Okay the're way too many hackers then there should be. But give the staff some time. You don't know how long it takes to make an anti-cheat. You don't know what they do in their life beside Cube. You don't know what they have to do beside banning people. All I can say is deal with it. It's not fun to play, we know. It's not fun to watch, we know. But you leaving the server or forums is one man down. If you stop reporting hackers and everybody else thinks the same, where is Cube going? Give it some time. When the new anti-cheat and Freebuild comes out there will be more staff to deal with your reports. If you leave, you give the hackers more motivation to keep hacking. Don't leave us, we need you...

Please dont quit this amazing server! Cube craft is working on an anti-cheat. They said it should be finished shortly. Just be patient and try to ignore the hackers. Maybe use this chance to play some other games on the server?

(I rant on your point about report response but you annoyed me so you get an angry message back)

Reports require effort, and are normally handled by teams. I'm not exactly sure but I'm willing to guess this team consists of maybe 4 or 5 people. People not machines. Sometimes reports take a week to be responded to and you act like you're the only one posting reports, CCG has a huge player base therefore it gets a huge amount of reports. As well as sifting through reports, staff also monitor hackers in game so you may not know it but they may already be suspicious of the person you reported.

You should report and feel good because you know that you helped. You shouldn't report and expect an instant response complimenting you, that just isn't how it works. Cut the staff some slack, they handle a lot more jobs than just reading and responding to reports.

My last point, evidence has to be examined. Staff members are not super fast computers (well maybe 1 is :^) ), they cannot watch a video of hacker in a second. The process of examining videos can take sometimes an hour depending on the type of hacks being reported. The video has to watched once to look for blatant evidence, then a second time for finer details if nothing is obvious.. then maybe a third or fourth time to confirm. And then maybe that staff member has to hand the report to a co-worker so as that the decision is 100% correct. I don't know how the team works and neither do you (you're just be impatient)

Not gonna comment more than this, staff can't be everywhere at once, hackers are gonna exist (tough luck), I just noticed mention of this new anticheat is and all I can say is have patience. And to be perfectly frank you're exaggerating how many hackers you encounter, I've been on this server a while, and I've encountered what like 2, 3 hackers?

Plus, we are working on a new anti-cheat system so hackers will have a hard time getting on. :)

I don't agree with the op regarding leaving the server. But any new players joining, seeing a hacker game after game after game can be quite off putting for them. If I had newly joined a server and wasn't aware of the anti cheat development, then I would be off to play on another server. It can be very off putting for many new players seeing this.

The staff members are doing their best to keep up with the player reports. Keep in mind that there are over 300 reports every day. They will reply to every player report eventually. If you don't get a answer after a week you can bump the thread and tag moderators/admins. Also they are currently working on the new Anti-Cheat. All what I can say is:

Staff do there job etc, hackers are all over the place, I could catch 3 hackers in like 25 minutes man. They could be flying, no knockback, reach or kill aura, b hopping, or some other blacklisted modification that is not allowed on the server. Staff do get around to doing stuff but they are very busy remember that. I know there a lot of hackers but they will eventually get dealt with.

I've been on this server a while, and I've encountered what like 2, 3 hackers?

What gamemode do you play on!? I play Skywars quite regularly and I would say there is about a 50/50 chance of having a hacker in a game. Most of the time that is just someone with anti-knockback or flyhacks that is easily defeatable, but some really nasty killaura hackers too. Also, if your have only encountered "2, 3 hackers" so far, how do you know so much about report answering time?

Yeah sometimes one week, but most of the time they get no answer at all (and then you have to send a big list of unanswered reports to a single staff member, always feels like I am stealing their time).

As someone who often creates reports I can understand the frustration of the OP completely. I am not sure how the timeline on the new AntiCheat is (I hope the recent "Invalid fighting pattern" bug was a sign that something is being tested out), but it better happen sooner than later, because something is going really wrong.

I don't get it why nobody understands him. Because I do, and I'm going to explain why.
The same happened to me when I just joined the server. I barely encountered a hacker, and if (s)he was hacking it was nothing more then anti-knockback.
Now you got fly hackers in EggWars and SkyWars, Speed Hackers and Bunnyhop Hackers in Assassins, Fly Hackers in TNT Run, Fly Hackers in BlockWars griefing defences before the match even started and just a lot more...
Is this new punishment system really worth it? It unbanned all hackers and unmuted all swearing people, why? Just so they can give teamers a 24h ban...

Staff is aware of the huge amount of hackers. Moderators + are handling as many reports as they can each day. Player reports are handled as fast as possible. Please don't forget they have a personal life as well :)
All reports will be handled, it just takes a bit more time than before due to the huge amount of player reports.

You can bump your post every once in awhile and tag a moderator + in it

On a side note: a new anti cheat is in the work. Stay patient.
