Town of Salem

This tag styled game is called Catcher. It's totally original (meaning I didn't rip off any other servers) So that's an easy 1+ :D. There are 2 different types of players: The catcher and the catchies. The goal of the catcher is to place wool around the catchies in a 4 block area (Possibly less since 4 blocks is the max amount of space which could be taken up by one player.) The goal of the catchies is to not get caught for as long as possible. There are a couple of things that you can see in the video above:
  • The game is short.
  • Nobody is jumping
This is because the wool blocks don't disappear, unlike what the actual game would be. Every wool block would delete a minute after they were placed, to give the catchies a longer chance to survive. Now the reason nobody is jumping is because this is strictly a 2d minigame. Jumping could be coded out but for the video (which was filmed in laggy creative) we just asked people not to jump. :P

The default wool color would be white. Other colors would be unlocked with higher ranks or by
shop / cubelets.

A special thanks to those who volunteered to be in the video (even if you weren't in the one we decided to use) and a very special thanks to @Turtle who filmed and supported the project.

Anyways, I hope you like it! :)

Wow, I really like this suggestion, as it looks like it could be really fun to play with friends. It's also very unique, and the maps don't even need to be detailed to have a exciting experience. Definitely a plus for me, well done!

I think you should also incorporate kits for the "runners?" So they could have a speed potion, the ability to break 1-3 blocks in a game, and an enderpearl just as a few examples. But I love it! Should definitely be added to the arcade!

This sounds really enjoyable. I like how you've thought about the donator wools too. Instead of "Catchers" and "Catchies" what about "Catchers" and "Runners"? Additionally, when some is caught then would they become a catcher?
