I know it can Crash the server and create 'Lag Machines' but adding a limit to the amount of Red Stone on each Plot would be nice...

No way. even with a little bit of Redstone you can make a great Lag Machine and nobody wants to check every plot if there is a Lag Machine

And maybe I don't know if it's possible but allow people to sit in a MineCart because people are going to make Rollercoasters but then you can't sit in it because it's not allowed because it's there plot. If you play on servers with plots you'll know what I mean.

Add Redstone but do not allow Repeaters, torchers etc. (except: pleassure plates, buttons and doors)
I just noticed that Redstone can be used as deciration block too...

Well tell me what you think about it...

Like them all, and for 5 they could make it so that the server is on a clock, and when it goes off all redstone is deactivated.
