Ok I bought diamond rank about an hour back, and no rank. Diamond is right now about $50 so it isn't cheap. If someone can help that would be great. I don't know if we even got the email or not.

You could contact sales@cubecraft.net or just be patient it could be a Rank delay so be sure to relog every hour and if you dont get it after 3 hours contact them...

As @abfc said, you should get a response within 48-72 hours of sending the email.

Ok I got an email back, pretty much the payment wall ticket failed, and they sent a new one. I don't know if anyone knows how long THAT will take. Hoping to have the rank by the weekend

Hmm well I think you gotta wait 48 hours to contact a staff if your email hasn't gotten a reply. So Try to be patient and if you haven't gotten a rank in 48 hours, contact a high rank admin :)

I am really disappointed right now though. First it takes a week to get a rank, then everyone is telling me to wait 72 hours for an email.. Can't believe they took our money, why can they just give the rank?
