No es la primera vez que pasa esto, muchos reportes que son obvios que usan hack tiene su appeal ban aprobado. y en su historian muestran mas de 3 veces ban. por fly por kill aura,

you can't be unbanned form appeals as many times as possible
it will keep happening until you are perm banned and won't be accepeted

Yo in case you hadnt noticed appeals just get you unbanned faster if your sucessful, but for hacking you only get one appeal the second ban can not be appealed unless you have evidence proving you werent hacking in the game the video came from

first of all if they do hack then they won't be unbanned as many times a possible you are just sticking with that even when we have already told you that wasn't the case also the problem with not having it is reports that were WRONG i had 1 here which looked like anti-knockback but upon looking closely it wasn't

Perhaps the user has a good reason as to why this account hacked? Maybe it was conpromised and the player showed evidence of it being compromised. Perhaps the player wrote a really good appeal and he was pardened.

You never know what is written in an appeal.

If the user continues to be trouble, then they will be permenantly banned and their appeal won't be accepted.

The regular system for players who admit they are hacking and who say they are sorry:

1st ban (1 Month) - The user can be unbanned depending on how detailed is the appeal.

2nd ban (Permanent) - The user most likely won't be unbanned but in extremely rare cases, the user may be unbanned.

3nd Ban (Permanent) - Automatically denied.

As you can see, eventually staff will notice that the user won't learn and it would be best to keep him banned.

I'm sorry if this frustrates you, however everyone on the server deserves a fair chance.
