Resolved Not able to use rank perks or chat

My username is Thesalcedomatt, I have been playing on the bedrock version, I had noticed that no one is able to see my messages on the Battle arena server, or any, for a while now, so i decided to buy a rank that said it would change the title before my name so i assumed people would be able to see my chats since i see other peoples but still they are not, if anyone knows whats happening let me know please.

Hey Thesalcedomatt,
It doesn't seem like you are muted by CubeCraft. If you can still send messages in chat, but no one can see them, then you might be shadowmuted by Mojang Studios themselves. You can read more about it in this Help article. Hope this helps.

As mentioned here, if you don't have an active punishment, you are most likely shadow muted or your xbox settings prevent you from chatting with other users. You can read this article for more information. :)

I appreciate it, I had tried saying crazy things in the chat just to make sure people really couldnt see what I was saying, maybe that is the case hahaha, so should I not chat for a long time or try saying nice things maybe? Also I dont have the salt shaker emote or the access to 4 different titles that it said I would for buying the battle arena rank, I'm only able to choose my spawn point or atleast only know how to as of right now, please let me know if you know why this is and thank you for your help already.

For your first question, saying nice things in chat without spamming should help you.

For your second question, you own the Salt Cellar Win Effect and 5 prefixes if you currently own the Battle Arena Rank.
You can choose your prefix by following these menus: Loot -> Lobby Loot -> Prefixes
You can choose your win effect by following these menus: Loot -> Game Loot -> Win Effects
