[Not hacked client] which client is best for minecraft pvp?

hi guys,
i just wanted to ask which client is best for pvp.Im not talking about those clients cheaters use like vape,fluxb4 etc.
Most of the people out there in cubecraft use different clients.Some clients give huge advantages like boosting fps,giving more reach(well,not too much reach) making it easier to pvp.

What client do you guys recommend?Which one is best in your opinion.
There are many clients i haven't heard of or tried so let me now :)

Labymod. It has optifine, health indicator, ping indicator and you can have your coordinates and fps all time shown on left top (or other info in other layouts).

I just use Forge. It has the most advantages to me, because I can make my own mods and edit the mods inside of it to my liking. 100% freedom :D.
