Obsidian Suggestions V2

Hey guys,

Note: This thread is not meant to insult other ranks or give them disadvantages. I only want to suggest some things to make an Obsidian rank a bit more exclusive.

Many people seemed to agree with me that an Emerald rank is almost similar to an Obsidian rank.
You guys did already raise the maximum amount of friends to 100 friends which is awesome! However I do think we need more items.
That's why I came up with some other cool Obsidian only items.

1. Tombstones https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/tombstones.119712/
I suggested this idea a while ago. Many people seemed to like it.
There should be a few Obsidian only quotes and colors. These quotes have to be really fancy, for example "RKO OUTTA NOWHERE" or "360 MLG 420 BLAZE IT"

2. More glass colors
There are a total of 16 kinds of glass in Minecraft. However you're only able to choose eleven different colors.
Maybe it's cool to add those 5 missing colors. All 5 (or some of them) will be available for Obsidian only.

3. Adding cages
NOTE: I know this is already implemented to Lowpixel. Cube could design their own cages, or just copy some of them since Cube doesn't have to be 100% original.

You can currently only choose glass cages. My idea is to also add some other cages. For example a slime cage or a glowstone cage.
I think cages should be an Obsidian only item. This way it will become very special.

4. Being able to use the /color F command
There is currently no way to obtain a white name, only if you've never changed your name color it will be white.

I personally would love to have a white name. This command should only be for Obsidian only. This way a white name stays rare.

5. Lobby trail
The highest trail you can currently obtain is the 'Fire Crown' (Gold rank+)
I think two new trail must be added.

• One for Diamond+ donators.
• One for Obsidian donators.

This will force more people to buy a Diamond or an Emerald rank. It will also make the Obsidian rank a bit more special.

Love the shield and purple armor idea you suggested in the first thread. More glass colors and cages would be awesome too. Also, you might wanna change lobby "trial" to lobby "trail". :D

These suggestions does not give you any advantages in-game. Since it is against the EULA. Also I don't think about myself. An Obsidian rank costs around 200 dollars.
This is really expensive. That's why I think people who paid this huge amount of money should be rewarded a bit more.

I like the idea, but I don't fully agree. Shore there should be precious items / modes for high paying costumers, but within a bigger range then Obisidan.
I'd recommend to precious Diamond,Emerald AND Obsidian. You pay alot of money for each of them, and I think they ALL should be something extraordinary.
Now ofcourse Obsidian should have more advantages, but I think it's too greedy to only deliver cool items and such to the expenisvest rank...

I find everything perfect, only the glass.
1 glass per rank is enough, and there are also 3 to the cubelets. And 2 at level 50.
That's enough :p

I don't know how they going to do that. But if you bought a rank (From stone to a random rank), you'll get a white name. So I don't know how they'd fix that.

Already said how much I love this idea. Definitely wanna see it implemented.

Could be neat. I'll see about getting some more for the next vanity update.

Not a fan of this idea, especially because it technically violates the EULA. (Players can make their cages out of useful blocks, giving them an advantage.)

There's a reason you can't make your name white, but I forget what it is. It's either a technical aspect (white names cause bugs of some sort) or just the fact that white is sort of gaudy and makes the chat kinda ugly.

I think two new trail must be added.

More trails are definitely on the way. Can't say anything specific, but I do have plans for new trails, mostly designs suggested by the community. Vanity updates are a little tricky at the moment, so I wouldn't expect one any time soon though.
