Organisation Thing For Reports

As you may know, reports are messy. The general report area is - what I seem to see - a pain for staff to find reports which haven't been attended. I think that there should be some archive forum where when a report is locked, it is automatically sent to that archive, so that you can get to the unattended reports instantly.
