Not possible, but even if they did add this feature I think it will be OP because donators get more than 300 points each day just for logging on (I think), so they could give their friends all their points and they will be rich AF without working for it/donating.

i wouldnt want to give people points either and if you had to send a maybe point request or something they would spam it so give points
