Artwork Pencil drawn animal avatars

So i have been drawing a lot lately and i think i want to make animal avatars for people! I noticed there has not been much avatar making. Okay so i draw cats mostly so it would be easier (and it would look better) for me to draw it. But if you want another type of animal ill do it but it may just not look as good.
Sorry if i picture the drawing and it turns out dark and shadowy you can just tell me that and i will picture it again.
The only example i have is my profile picture which was my best drawing i ever made :) here is the template
