Permanently banned; no appeal possible...?

The account of my son has been permanently banned for hacking. He's not aware of doing that (11 years old).
Appeals on the account don't show this ban. Anything I can do to undo the ban?

If he was banned by Sentielel, (CubeCrafts anti-cheat) Please contact CrazymanJr on discord (CrazymanJr#4742)
PM him and tell him why you where false banned or why you should be unbanned, Please be patient for him to respond as he gets alot of people asking him to be unbanned, If you cannot find you ban on the appeal website, Please refresh the page, if that doesnt help, Please contact one of the Admins tellinh him whats wrong,
You have also been banned twice, Please stop hacking :),
Your punishment has expired, Hack anymore and it's a permanent ban! ;)

When I do I only get expired bans but no option to enter a code (which is given to us) and undo the ban.

Not really. We're currently talking about a punishment which someone didn't appeal yet for.
Tacosbefriends only needs to be contacted when a retired staff member denied an appeal and the player thinks it's time to remove the given punishment.

CrazymanJR is not in charge of this appeal since it is not a sentinel ban. The moderator "DYD" banned your sons account. Unfortunately he has resigned from his position as a staff member. Admins within the staff team are now in charge of all appeals he still receives.

I have informed one of the admins who has permissions to handle your sons appeal. Hopefully you will receive an answer soon.

Sir, it isnt "hacking" like taking peoples ranks, its where it gives you a huge advantage such as the normal hit distance is 4-5 blocks. Hacks can make that 6-infinite. Or it can be flying when you cant normally fly
