Player reports approved by a helper

Hey i just thought about this idea seeing alot of staff going through junk player report only to write a comment on it asking for IGN,not enough evidence or 10 min long video with no written minutes that shows the hack/abuse.now normally it takes about 1-6 hours for a staff member to react to the report (maybe its less but thats what i see)
so i think you should create some kind of staff/Helper that sees if the posts written by the users meet the correct Template,and if its not correct ask them to correct it,and after that approve them to go on to the approved section so a staff can see the post fast and react faster,that way staff will ban more hackers/abusers faster without going through the hassle of going through spam reports.

this is all made to increase time efficiency by staff

Well at the moment currently, Helpers are meant to go through uncompleted reports to see if they are allowed. They comment, and when a mod+ staff sees it, they know straight away to lock it. The method you're suggesting would be more organised, maybe the developers are working on the same concept for the future website.

Normally, helpers will go through some reports if they are insufficient, however it would be rather bad for a helper to accept them if a moderator is going to in the future. Seems like a message boost to me. -1

I take a peak at the reports from time to time, and since i'm a helper i can't accept/deny them of course. If a certain report needs to reach the higher staff right away or requires additional information then i will act upon it. Whenever reports are being handled please bear with us. (even with a helper's help) we would still need to thoroughly examine the report to see if it meets the criteria for a punishment. The last thing we would wan't to do is punish an innocent player who is highly skilled in PvP and falsely reported by an enraged player who was beaten.

well i think we should speed up the process and not let a hacker or an abuser to go on the loose for 4+ hours and destroy everyones fun,
i was once playing an overpowered eggwars and after about 15/25 min we the only teams left were ours and the other one,we all geared up for a gear,bow,obsidan our egg fully,op pickaxe,spare armor and shields(that took us about 10 min)only to find out one player from the other team comes on breaks our egg with no hassle and kills us all with his hacks

Helpers are allowed to respond to reports if the reports lacks information. The idea of the helper rank is basically letting someone get used to being in the staff team, knowing how to deal with different situations, etc. It wouldn't be a good idea to let helpers deny/accept reports.

Keep in mind that the majority of staff members here are still in school/university or whatever. And since it's the last couple of weeks of this school year some staff members need to do their best to pass. That also explains why it takes so long for us to go through them at the moment.

Ok so let me explain....
1. Staff members cant be 24/7 just banning people they have lifes....
2. The helpers do look true the reports and I think they also lock the ''junk'' ones... or They contact a higher Mod or Admin to lock it IDK not a Staff my self.... Oh wait if you scroll a little up you can see TheZigbot9000 answer on this....
3. Yes it takes a while for them to react but making a Rank to just one thing is unnecessary and its will get boring after a while of just doing one thing over and over.... And Cubecraft Staff isn't that big like most servers that's why you need to able to do almost everything and its more about Teamwork...... Some big server have such systems that only those persons do only those things... But because cube doesn't have that much Staff it will slow the Reports even more down because some Members are more active then others... And yes some people just do only some things because they like it or because they need to do it but that's more with Admins... (Mods and Helpers are a bit more free I think...)

Also the higher staff are working on recruiting more staff, but at the same time they are working on a new punishment system that doesn't just punish in month increments. It all just takes a matter of time to achieve, but we will make the report process as efficient as possible
