Video Problem when requesting the YouTuber rank.

Hi, I am a YouTuber that meets the requirements for the YouTube rank on your server. And I went to the page where you have to apply to the range, but when downloading the verification video it tells me "it is possible that the format of the file is not compatible, the file extension is incorrect or the file is corrupt".
I tried to upload it to YouTube, and it tells me the following "the video file is not compatible and could not be processed".
I have tried with a lot of video players and they all tell me the same thing "the file has a format that is not compatible, or that is corrupt".
This is not just happening to me, but to all the YouTubers that we try to apply to the range, it would be very much appreciated if this error were fixed.

(P.D: I'm a Spanish YouTuber, that's why the images are in Spanish xD)

The problem is already known. Try to apply later.

You have 12,000 subscribers at the moment and you need at least 30,000.

I know I need at least 30,000 subscribers, but I have YouTubers friends who have less than 30,000 subscribers and have the rank.
