[Quick Question] About Youtube

Hi sooo i have recently created a youtube channel but i dont understand why i dont have the notification bar or thing at the top Can someone please tell me why Thanks for you guys support this is probably the last question i will make but i just really dont know why i dont have that

btw i was looking at my channel with my other account and.......... idk why i can report him/my other channel. and i cant report other people....... This is weird and im thinking is because i "violate" Google rules....... I Have different names on gmail Im (Not telling) and on YT i put another name just cause idk i like to put different names........... Should i crate a another channel and fix this...... the thing is it sucks cause i already verify my account someone please help...... wait last thing i thing this thread goes on "Teach Support" oh sorry wrong place but still it has to do with media

Nope I already uploaded 2 videos.... I think is just a bug and as i said above,problem was solve :D btw thx for supporting
