4GB RAM is horrible, lol, like everyone said, you should get an additional 4-6GB RAM or it's just going to be not good. xD

Ram is needing a little upgrade, 8gb should stand fine for minecraft.
2.70GHz Processor is ok, it isn't good or bad. for gaming I'd say it's pretty dull.
your GPU is bad, most 3D games won't run over 20fps with that. I had a laptop with the same specs as this and minecraft never reached over 50fps with Optifine.

By the way. RAM is hardware, you cannot download RAM

ya: the index needs to be better. I have a 7.2 on 3-D gaming which makes sure it works in peak condition. I have nearly 100fps in Minecraft
