I know very recently they added the new Eggwars Update but disappointingly only managed to add 3 abilities, but my purpose now is to suggest some new ones that hopefully will get added
Please feel free to nerf some of these abilities or suggest your own

-Stunning Arrow: Have a chance to give blindness to your enemy so they can't see
E.g Level 1 1% chance etc
Level 1 : blindness for 1 second

-Money Collector : Have a chance to get an extra token
Every time u level the ability up it increases the chance
e.g Level 1 Iron gen 5% , Gold gen 3% Diamond gen 1%
(ability refreshes after collecting 5 of the same token you are collecting) ABILITY ONLY WORKS IF THE RESOURCE SPAWNED ON THE GENERATOR

-Miner : Mines blocks faster
The ability increases the speed of mining
e.g Level 1 mines Sandstone 10% faster, Mines obsidian 3% faster Etc (if the ability fails it will reattempt to allow you to mine faster after breaking 5 of the same block)

-Angel's Blessing: Could restore X hearts if in danger
e.g Level 1 5% chance etc
BONUS: if you are out numbered the ability will double its chance (or increase), the ability can be reused after X time, the only catch is if it double its chances then it will double the time before it gets reused

-Archer's Support : Could make an arrow shot hit the target of was shot nearby and missed
e.g Level 1 4% chance
If this ability was activated it might not be able to fuse with Stunning arrow as only 1 may work

-Swordsman's Strike : Could give the enemy temporary nausea if hit with a sword
e.g Level 1 4% chance
Ability may only be activated when sword is 75%+ charged up (meaning spam clicking won't work) ty @Da_Steel_Dragon for idea to change debuff

-Lumberjack's Chop : Could slow down the enemy temporarily if hit with an axe (1.8 is the only problem)
e.g Level 1 4%
Ability may only be activated when axe is 70%+ charged up (Spam clicking won't work)

-Blacksmith's Care : Any Weapon or armor or shield will increase durability slightly (only 1 at a time)
e.g Level 1 3%
Depending on the level is the speed of recovery, may recover X durability every 5 minutes
(Quick Grasp Of This Ability : A random mending enchant that requires no exp will be applied to a random piece of armor/weapon and repair the durability for a few seconds, conditions : must not be attacked by a player for 5 minutes, ability recharge is 5 minutes)

That is all i have for now, please feel free to suggest your own or nerf mine :D

> Your attack have 1% (Level 1) to Remove all status effect from your opponent. For each status effect removed, you deal 1 hearts of damage

Basically if you shoot an arrow and it misses the enemy (within close range of them) it will summon another arrow to hit the enemy while the original misses

So op mode will never end...
It will repair a random item, Bonus Nerf: if you are getting hit the ability won't activate, after 3 minutes of "Peace" it will start to activate (MAYBE!)

Please take into consideration you could nerf these instead of saying, "Annoying" "OP" etc, only if I suggested an ability that is ridiculously OP

Personally I love the ideas! I personally love the Lumberjack suggestion! But I do have one to add on (if you don't mind!)

Treasurer:
Lvl 1: has a .4% chance of either spawning 2 Gold ingots or 1 Diamond, it only activates if you're on the generator.

I do not want to jump to conclusions, i don't really understand this ability but what it sounds like is that after dying you spawn with 2 gold or 1 diamond? because people can keep killing themselves, and the .4% is a little bit to little xD

no. axes are already OP as hell.
the attack speed is its is nerf, sword is like 5 damage and re charge is like 1.6 attack speed
axes are something like 9 damage and recharge is something like 0.8 attack speed
to me swords are more powerful...

i think maybe if they had some sort of special id number (command blocks can do that) and when a player picks it up it becomes a normal one
e.g Diamond spawned on generator will be called "Diamond ID:2" when picked up it will be "Diamond ID:1" only ID:2 can have a chance of duping

you know you could just say lvl 1 3% chance to deal 1 heart of damage (it makes it more clear for me :P)
I like this idea but i think there should be some sort of counter to this like having it for the axe to make it more balanced

The % chances are quite too high i believe, Strength I for 2 seconds is pretty pointless, you can hit with one attack during that time

I really like this but maybe only works once o_O and maybe the recharge must be you not shifting for a little bit :P
4. Last Stand

pretty much the same as angel's blessing but the nerf is actually very good and i love it

so the axe is the new ideal weapon/item to destroy armor in OP mode xD

what if maybe glass and glowstone may also break but depends on the block :D
Sandstone requires 2 hit to be broken
Glass requires 1 hit to be broken
Glowstone requires 3 hits to be broken
if a block needs 2 or more hits it would appear as if someone is mining the block but will freeze until another one was shot

already exists as an ability in CCG called "Feather Weight"

so kill yourself/ use yourself as a human shield for your teammate until he gets the effects? also i am pretty sure abilities have to Co-Op with both teams and solo BUT this might be a special one for ONLY TEAM MODE

maybe just a normal arrow as a nerf?
10. (I am running out of idea) Dispel Strike

this is actually one of the best out of all :D it is a counter to the potion kits and the nerf to it is that it can help the enemy by removing the negative potion effects

Lets say someone has the Treasurer ability and was on a Diamond generator. They'd have a % chance of getting an extra diamond or so from it. Completely randomized. Like how on MCMMO you have a chance at getting multiple out of one ore.

1. Freeze Tap
> For each second you sprint, you add 1/1/1/1/2/2/2% to get Speed II. Speed II Last for 1/2/3/4/5/6/7 seconds and every time you walk over a block, that block became ice for 3 seconds.. (Ability only active if the % reach 100%)
2. Re-Surge
> When your bow pass through your ally or your self, you have 2/4/6/8/10/12/14% to give regeneration I For 4 Seconds.
3. Frigid Strike
> When you swing your Sword (Sword only, no need to hit, just swing it) you have 1/2/3/5/7/9/10% to release a snowball (NO KNOCKBACK) That deal up to 3 hearts of damage (Damage varies from the range of snowball. The further it travel, the higher the damage) [Decrease weapon durability by 2]
4.Cursed Blade
> Your Sword is binded to you. When you die, your sword stays with you after you respawn. This effect is limited for 1/2/3/4/5/6/7 uses per game. [When you die even without a sword, the effect counts as 1 uses]
5, Thunder Shock
> Your Axe attack have 3/6/9/12/15/18/20% to Move your opponent's Targetted hotbar to random. (Says you have your sword at slot 1, when you got hit, you might automatically move to slot 4)
6. Light Strike
> Your attack reveals your opponent's Weak spot. Your next attack deal 1/1/2/2/3/3/4 more damage. The weapon you use must be fully charged, and Light Strike only activate after a normal attack. [Normal Attack, Light Strike attack, Light Strike effect, Normal Attack >)

Standing on an activated Diamond gen may give you : 1 Diamond, 2 Gold, OR 3 Iron

really sounds lovely but maybe very hard to code as you would need to count the number of steps replace X block with ice (could replace air aswell... which is something bad)

sounds very interesting maybe they should change the % to make it more balanced and not too OP

waaay too OP, 2 hearts of damage instead? the further it travels the weaker it gets, cause you could be at Y-200 and swing your sword underneath you and could 1 hit K.O the enemy, durability should decrease even more

very interesting but maybe as some sort of nerf is that it either keeps the same durability as death or degrades to a weaker sword (maybe it always becomes a gold sword with the same enchants if OP mode)

Very creative and something that i really want and love but the sad thing is that i don't think you can add a program/ code something to move your hotbar as it is only controlled by you

2 heart of damage = 1 heart icon; 3 heart of damage = 1.5 heart icon.

By 3 hearts of damage, i don't mean Bypass defense 3 hearts of damage >-< It would be like you got hit with a wooden sword... If you manage to hit it from x amount of blocks. But if you have armor, it shouldn't do that much of damage

Only ones i like are the ideas of slowing enemies with axes (but then have some sort of buff to swords too not blinding though cause it just cant make sense)
and gaining extra resources from generator spawns.


archer support is too cheap of an idea
blacksmiths touch; so just like mending or different?
mining would be too difficult
angels touch would be too op in any fair fight + it destroys the ability to fight outgeared

best idea is to just rip the relevant skywars abilities and shove them on eggwars imo

While I won't comment on any specific abilities suggested here, keep in mind that our goal with abilities is to add minuscule advantages. We don't want any annoying or OP abilities that make the game unfair and not fun for newer players who have to go up against players with abilities already unlocked.

Just keep that in mind with any ability suggestions :)

> Every 180/150/120/100/90/75/60 seconds (Was going for 3/3/3/2/2/2/1 minutes, but... eh), you have 50% to receive a carrot, 25% to receive a steak, 5% to receive a golden apple, And 20% to get nothing.

2. Ghostly Nightmare
> You have 1/2/3/4/5/6/7% to haunt your attacker (Enderman Sound?). This will only activate when your opponent attacks you using melee weapon.

3. Mana Tempest (Sword only)
> You have 1/2/3/4/5/5/5% to attack all opponent in 2/2/2/2/2/3/3 blocks near your target. The damage you deal to opponent this way is 50% less than usual.

4. Shocking Strike (Axe Only)
> When you attack, You have 1/1/2/2/3/3/5% to shock your opponent with the power of Thunder! (No damage from thunder, the opponent will just get hit by lightning or perhaps near the opponent and scare them o3o)

5. Lasting Stand
> When you about to die due to melee attack, you have 2/4/6/7/8/9/10% to have 1 heart (1/2 heart icon). This cannot activate until you respawn next time, and this can only occur 1/1/1/2/2/2/3 times in a game.

6. Serrated Sonic
> Your attack have 1/1/2/2/3/3/4% to become a sonic attack! Sonic attack means (1.9 beneficial only lol o3o) you don't need to wait for your next attack! This can only activate when you attack when your weapon are fully charged, and the damage you deal while using sonic attack deals 50% less damage.

7. Slippery Slope
> When you die [Up to level 4] 2 x 2, [Up to level 6] 3 x 3, [Level 7] 5 x 5 blocks nearby the place you die become packed ice for 1/1/1/2/2/2/3 seconds!
(Just so you know, Ice slows you down if you have only be on top of it for 1 seconds, and the charge to get faster in that period of time is 2~ Seconds, I think?)

8. Medica
> When you trade with your villager, you have 1% to get [Up to level 3] Regeneration Potion I(2 sec), [Up to level 5], Regeneration Potion II(2 sec), [Up to level 7] Splash Potion of Regen II. (3/4 sec)

9. Back Stab
> If you attack an opponent from the back, you have 1/1/1/2/2/2/3% to deal 2 hearts (1 heart icon) of damage that bypass armor .
