Implemented Remove BlockWars Java channel.

The Blockwars Java channel on CubeCraft’s discord is way too inactive, there is no point in even having it anymore. Select what you think should happen to it in the poll above please.

If they brought back blockwars ctf/core fulltime it would be way more active, but now it is indeed useless

yeah, but the channel is barely used and most of the time is dead and there is no argument on that just look at the changes on message times
even if there are messages daily is only like 3-5 on average
Someone on discord (@siepp) said it would be a good idea to change its name to "Featured Game" and I think that would be a good idea too

Yeah that featured game channel was an idea of mine and will make it way more active.
And I mean if it's inactive for too long like it is now it is useless :v
