No where
This rule is such annoying, if someone breaks a rule, he should have know, because EVERY server has rules so if you don't read them it's your fold and you deserve a punishment, you could even reduce the punishment but at least remove this rule.. most of reports are denied because the people who reports doesn't know this ''rule''..

Fast answer : NO, JUST NO.
2nd answer : This would be really bad, imagine if someone, for example, spams ''I LIKE PIZZA'' 2 times, and you automatically reports him? without
giving that person another chance? or letting him know that what he's doing is bad?, really bad idea.

-1 from me.

If someone spams, I usually report them after the third message.

I mean, the "you have to warn him" can be abused. Someone may clearly know swearing is against the rule however, for example. He abuses it by saying a bad word once, knowing it cannot be reported because he needs to say it again after being warned, which he won't do.

Example*
What i mean here, is that it's good to give people a second Chance, and let them know that what they're doing is not right (Report case).
It would be so unfair to mute people without warning, anyways, it's their decision if they want to continue or not.

If not warned by a player, a staff can warn him when reported and add that to his punishment history. Besides, you are REQUIRED to know the rules. Not knowing the rules usually isn't an excuse to break rules on most servers.

I'm Colombian (My normal language is spanish) and, when i joined the server IT WAS REALLY HARD to me, to understand english (that's why i joined University, to learn it, me nub)
it was really hard to me to read all the stuff and rules, etc.

Anyways, imagine staff's job doing warning and not ban/mutes on the report section, a warning every 1 second to the reported player.
It's easier to staff members ban and mute players when the warnings are given.

I totally disagreed with the warnings when I joined at first, but the things we have to warn people for aren't the biggest offences in the world and most people actually quit swearing (and the other things we have to warn people for) after they get warned. If they would remove the warnings the report section would get a ton more posts, which most staff members aren't really waiting for. I do think there should be another punishment for camping instead of a kick, which doesn't really help when you report someone because the game has ended ages ago. The camping rule also is really vague and a staff member should explain what exactly is seen as camping. Also for PvP Logging you require 2 videos of the person PvP logging, the only server people PvP log is on survival games. There is almost no possible way to find the same guy again after he PvP logged. I know he might've crashed, but then make it so the items drop on the floor and remove the rule. Maybe they can make it so everyone who tries to make a report, gets redirected to the guidelines first before they can actually make it.

Don't you think it would be nice if you actually told/asked the guy to stop spamming, instead of just saying "spam 1/3"?
It would have been nicer if the guy actually stopped when half of the team was telling him to stop.

London, UK.
We require warnings for minor issues such as YouTube & Twitch links because they don't deserve to be muted from a one off basis, since it's unfair on the user who doesn't know the rules well enough. As said above, everyone deserves a second chance, the warning will allow them to stop their actions, if they choose to ignore the warnings then staff will know that it's intentional and will choose to take action.

As for a valid warning is something along the lines of: <Name> <Warning> so the user is notified, if you just include 'Spam 1/3' who knows who you're talking to, could be talking to yourself from that concern.

Of course we won't make exceptions for users advertising/promoting other servers & scam links because it affects the server and ruins player's experience.

I don't think the warning rule will be taken out...just follow the guides and rules then you're fine. Plus it's not really big of a deal as most mutes are temporary.
